Job Summary: The candidate will be responsible for customer service during motorcycle pickup, inventory organization, and multimedia content production for marketing. Key Highlights: 1. Produce photos and videos for customers and marketing, including editing The candidate will work closely with the marketing and sales teams. Main Responsibilities: \- Greet customers for pickup of brand-new motorcycles; \- Deliver motorcycle documentation with detailed information; \- Assist in organizing the motorcycle inventory; \- Produce photos and videos of customers/motorcycles; \- Assist in video editing for marketing purposes. Preferred Qualification: At least two years of experience in any type of customer service role within the same company. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturdays: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM. Work Location: Pechincha and/or Barra da Tijuca.
