




Job Summary: The candidate will be responsible for customer service during motorcycle pickup, inventory organization, and multimedia content production for marketing. Key Highlights: 1. Greet customers and provide detailed documentation information 2. Assist in organizing the motorcycle inventory 3. Produce photos and videos for customers and marketing, including editing The candidate will work closely with the marketing and sales teams. Main Responsibilities: \- Greet customers for pickup of brand-new motorcycles; \- Deliver motorcycle documentation with detailed information; \- Assist in organizing the motorcycle inventory; \- Produce photos and videos of customers/motorcycles; \- Assist in video editing for marketing purposes. Preferred Qualification: At least two years of experience in any type of customer service role within the same company. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturdays: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM. Work Location: Pechincha and/or Barra da Tijuca.
