Control inputs, tools, and equipment Fribal \- Meat Specialists \| Imperatriz \- MA \| On-site Job Description The foreman at CFSO will be assigned to Fazenda Furna Azul, located in the municipality of Vila Nova dos Martírios \- MA, and will be responsible for supervising and managing agricultural workers and activities, production, animal maintenance and welfare, as well as ensuring task execution and regulatory compliance, team coordination, work schedule planning, production and handling quality control, and basic maintenance of equipment and facilities. Responsibilities and Duties Coordinate and guide the team in daily tasks; organize and monitor operational routines to ensure correct animal handling and nutrition execution; ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPEs; control inputs, tools, and equipment; record information; convey instructions; report incidents; support the team in practical demands whenever necessary. Requirements and Qualifications * Experience as a foreman or in operational leadership; * Team management skills; * Organization, responsibility, and strong communication skills; * Knowledge of field / livestock / agro-industrial routines (according to your context).
