Experience in operational leadership and team management **Description** The foreman at CFSO will be assigned to Fazenda Furna Azul, located in the municipality of Vila Nova dos Martírios – MA, and will be responsible for supervising and managing agricultural workers and activities, production, maintenance, and animal welfare, as well as ensuring task execution and regulatory compliance, coordinating the team, planning work schedules, controlling production and handling quality, and performing basic equipment and facility maintenance. **Responsibilities and Duties** Coordinate and guide the team in daily tasks organize and monitor operational routines to ensure correct animal handling and nutrition, ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPEs, control inputs, tools, and equipment, record information, convey instructions, report incidents, and support the team in practical demands whenever necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** Experience as a foreman or in operational leadership; Skill in team management; Organization, responsibility, and strong communication skills; Knowledge of field / livestock / agro-industrial routines (according to your context).
