Job Summary: An occupational therapist providing individual and group therapeutic care for rehabilitation and reintegration into activities of daily living, assessing and developing treatment plans. Participation in a multidisciplinary team Provide individual and/or group therapeutic care aimed at assessing and developing rehabilitation and reintegration treatment plans for activities of daily living. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide individual and/or group therapeutic care, collecting data from patients with biopsychosocial, psychiatric dysfunctions—including neuroses, psychoses, and others—as well as physical and social disorders, aiming to assess and develop habilitation, rehabilitation, physical/mental, and reintegration treatment plans for activities of daily living; * Assess diagnoses and essential functions, reducing or correcting pathologies to maintain and prevent physical, mental, and social health, as well as to facilitate adaptation and skill acquisition; * Clearly communicate treatment guidelines and objectives to patients and their families to ensure successful outcomes; * Prescribe occupational therapy discharge for patients who have achieved the established goals; * Train patients in self-care and practical life activities; * Arrange patient transfers during transitions related to activities of daily living and practical life activities; * Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, discussing cases and offering suggestions to enhance humanization in physician–patient–team relationships; * Prepare statistical service reports detailing procedures performed, number of absences, and submit them to immediate supervisors; * Perform other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy; * Courses in Psychomotricity, Neurology, or Neuropsychology; * Proficiency in computer applications; * Active CREFITO registration. **Additional Information** * *Transportation allowance;* * *Meal allowance;* * *Life insurance;* * *Childcare assistance (per collective labor agreement);* * *Medical and dental assistance—costs borne by the employee under corporate plan rates, deducted from payroll;* * *SESC partnership;* **SPDM** \- Associação Paulista para o Desenvolvimento da Medicina is a non-profit, philanthropic civil association, recognized as being of federal, state, and municipal public utility in its headquarters city, respectively by Decrees No. 57\.925, dated 03/04/1966; No. 40\.103, dated 05/17/1962; and No. 8\.911, dated 07/30/1970\.
