




Job Summary: We are seeking a generalist, strategic, and operational HR and Personnel Department Supervisor to lead HR subsystems and ensure accurate execution of Personnel Department routines, with analytical insight and expertise in labor legislation. Solid experience in labor and social security legislation We are looking for an **HR and Personnel Department Supervisor**, with a generalist profile, to act strategically and operationally—leading HR subsystems and ensuring correct execution of Personnel Department routines. We seek a professional with analytical vision, team leadership experience, and strong command of labor legislation. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise **Personnel Department** processes, including: * Payroll; * Employee onboarding and offboarding; * Vacation and 13th salary; * Labor charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF); * eSocial, SEFIP, CAGED, RAIS, DIRF; * Coordinate **Human Resources** subsystems, such as: * Recruitment and Selection; * Training and Development; * Performance Evaluation; * Organizational Climate Management; * Employee Integration and Internal Communication Programs; * Ensure compliance with **labor legislation and internal policies;** * Lead and develop the HR/Personnel Department team; * Develop and monitor departmental performance indicators; * Support managers with strategic people-related guidance; * Implement improvements in HR and Personnel Department processes. **REQUIREMENTS:** **EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or Human Resources. * Proven experience in HR and Personnel Department; * Prior experience in a supervisory or team leadership role; * Solid knowledge of labor and social security legislation; * Familiarity with payroll systems and platforms such as eSocial; * Intermediate to advanced Office suite proficiency (especially Excel); * Strong communication skills, proactivity, organization, and results orientation; * Proficiency in Excel and process control tools; * Suitability for a legal environment (appropriate attire, formal/legal style). **JOB DETAILS:** Location: Rua Piauí, Londrina/PR. Employment Type: CLT — Fully in-person.
