Come be strong—come be Fortbras! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as a **technical reference** in the TOTVS Protheus ecosystem, ensuring environment stability, performance, and evolution. * Conduct **business requirements analysis**, translating departmental needs into efficient system solutions. * Lead **system integrations** (Protheus × legacy systems × external APIs). * Participate in **implementation, migration, version upgrade, and module restructuring projects**. * Perform **performance analysis and optimization** of ERP processes and routines. * Provide **advanced technical support (Level 2)** and resolve critical incidents. * Create and maintain **technical and functional documentation** for solutions. * Support business areas in **process improvement**, applying a consulting perspective. * Participate in architecture decisions and best practices. * Mentor and guide mid-level/junior analysts, serving as a **technical mentor**. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience with **TOTVS Protheus** in corporate environments. * Knowledge of **TSS, TAF, SIGAFIN, SIGACOM, SIGAEST, SIGAFAT, SIGAPLS, SIGAGPE** (or equivalent modules). * Experience with **version upgrades, patches, releases, and layout updates**. * Familiarity with **testing, production, and version control environments**. * Ability to handle **critical incidents** and mission-critical environments. **Additional Information** Fortbras exists to be the KEY PIECE in Brazilian mobility, facilitating the LIVES of our COLLEAGUES and CUSTOMERS.
