Use of pneumatic tools and diagnostics **Job Summary:** Responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance services on suspension and braking systems of heavy-duty diesel vehicles, ensuring vehicle safety, stability, and performance in accordance with the company’s technical and operational standards. **Requirements:** **Education:** * Primary education. * Vocational training in Diesel Mechanics, Brake and Suspension Systems, or related fields. **Experience:** * Experience in the field is desirable. **Main Responsibilities:** * Inspect suspension systems (leaf springs, air bags, shock absorbers, bushings, etc.) and braking systems (air brakes, drum brakes, disc brakes, ABS, valves, brake chambers). * Perform disassembly, replacement, and reassembly of damaged or worn components. * Adjust and calibrate brakes and suspension systems according to technical specifications. * Identify leaks, play, cracks, and other irregularities in the systems. * Conduct functional and safety tests after repairs. * Use specialized tools and pneumatic diagnostic equipment. * Record performed services in work orders and technical reports. * Comply with workshop safety regulations and operational procedures.
