Mission:** Act as the accountable person for a multidisciplinary squad dedicated to the digital recovery platform’s integrations, ensuring continuous maintenance and driving technical and business evolution to optimize performance and achieve strategic goals. Responsibilities: * **Mandatory Maintenance:** Ensure stability and reliability of integrations with partners and customers. * **Goal Delivery:** Guarantee achievement of the squad’s defined objectives, monitoring results daily. * **Evolution and Performance:** Propose and prioritize technical and business improvements that drive efficiency and impact. * **Backlog Management:** Organize, prioritize, and refine requirements collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team. * **Strategic Alignment:** Translate tribe/company objectives into clear initiatives for the squad. * **Stakeholder Management:** Maintain transparent communication with partner areas and internal customers. **Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Product Owner or similar role in agile squads. * Knowledge of **system integrations** and digital platforms. * Ability to perform **strategic prioritization** and data-driven decision-making. * Strong skill in clear and assertive communication with both technical and business stakeholders. * **Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented** profile. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in collections platforms, credit recovery, or fintechs. * Knowledge of **data governance** and regulatory compliance (LGPD, BACEN). * Experience in high-performance multidisciplinary squads. **Additional Information** Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
