




Job Summary: We are seeking a Performance Analyst passionate about optimization to analyze, monitor, and continuously improve the performance of campaigns, processes, and operations. We are looking for a Performance Analyst passionate about optimization to join our team. You will be responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and continuously improving the performance of our campaigns, processes, and operations. Collaborating closely with various teams, you will play a pivotal role in driving our results forward. * Data Analysis: * + Collect, analyze, and interpret digital marketing campaign data to identify optimization opportunities. + Use analytical tools to extract meaningful insights and recommend strategic adjustments. * Campaign Optimization and Continuous Monitoring: * + Develop and implement optimization strategies to enhance campaign performance across multiple channels, including Google Ads, META, LinkedIn, and others. + Adjust budgets, targeting, and creatives based on results and identified trends. + Establish and maintain robust performance monitoring systems. + Respond promptly to alerts and events that may impact campaign performance. * A/B Testing: * + Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests for campaign optimization, including copy, images, and audience segmentation. + Propose corrective actions when necessary. * Reporting and Communication: * + Generate regular performance reports highlighting key metrics and providing improvement insights. + Clearly communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders. * Market Research: * + Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in digital marketing. + Conduct market research to identify competitive opportunities and threats. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, or related field. * Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing. * In-depth knowledge of online advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter, etc. * Advanced skills in data analysis and analytical tools. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to collaborate effectively within a team. **Additional Information** **CLT Employment Contract** **Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday (flexible).
