Job Summary: Lead the pedagogical team to ensure excellence in English teaching, student retention, and overall satisfaction, with an emphasis on continuous improvement and educational innovation. Planning and implementation of innovative pedagogical activities - Lead the pedagogical team; - Conduct team and individual meetings to analyze results and develop action plans for continuous improvement of the student experience; - Ensure student retention results meet targets (cancellations and contract renewals); - Teach English classes; - Substitute for teachers when necessary or arrange substitutes; - Conduct placement tests and trial classes, with a target conversion rate into enrollments; - Manage the selection process for English teachers; - Provide feedback to the pedagogical team and guide professionals to continuously improve their student attendance rates, cancellation rates, renewal rates, feedback to students, and system-based recording of all information; - Foster a delightful student environment and deliver an excellent experience for students and their guardians through pedagogically driven initiatives; - Plan and execute thematic events, diverse pedagogical activities for students on commemorative dates, and guided off-site excursions conducted in English; - Reverse cancellation requests; - Proactively identify situations that may lead to cancellations and intervene in advance; - Observe teachers’ classes and provide feedback to enhance classroom experience, identifying issues related to methodology adherence and student-related matters requiring resolution; - Develop and deliver training programs for the pedagogical team.
