Participate in developing action plans for improvements **Senior Nurse for Adult and Neonatal ICU – Guaianases General Hospital** **Job Details** * Workload: 180 hours per month; * Working hours: 12-hour shifts on a 36-hour rotation (day or night). * Salary and other conditions will be communicated to candidates invited during the selection process. **Requirements for Participation in this Selection Process** * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an institution accredited by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); * Postgraduate certificate (Lato Sensu specialization or residency program, with a minimum workload of 360 hours – as required by INEP/MEC) in Adult and Neonatal ICU; * Active, unrestricted registration with the Nursing Regulatory Council of São Paulo State (COREN/SP); * Must not have participated in any selection processes within the last 6 months. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in the field, verified via employment record. **Main Responsibilities** * Adhere to the Professional Code of Ethics established by the regulatory council; * Fulfill the employment contract, respecting institutional policies, guidelines, and protocols; * Maintain professional integrity aligned with the organization’s identity, mission, vision, and values; adopt a confident attitude and healthy habits to ensure personal balance and well-being; * Coordinate work processes with area leadership for decision-making discussions and alignment of actions; * Lead Nursing teams by welcoming, guiding, supervising, evaluating, and investing in their technical development and alignment with organizational culture; * Plan, perform, document, evaluate, and improve clinical care procedures, strengthening analysis and decision-making through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams; * Participate in developing and implementing action plans to improve clinical and educational care within the Nursing team’s scope of practice; * Plan, perform, document, evaluate, and improve clinical and educational procedures performed by the Nursing team within its scope of practice; * Enter information into systems accessible to all teams to support clinical decisions and continuity of care; * Safeguard institutional assets, infrastructure, equipment, supplies, and the work environment; **ATTENTION** **Santa Marcelina Saúde Network alerts that it does NOT charge fees or request payments via PIX, bank slip, or any other method.
