Job Summary: HR Department professional to manage payroll, social charges, hiring/termination processes, and ancillary obligations, with focus on labor legislation. Key Highlights: 1. Full payroll and Human Resources Department routine management. 2. Compliance with labor and social security legislation. 3. Use of payroll systems and eSocial. #### **Responsibilities** * Process and verify monthly payroll, advances, vacations, contract terminations, and thirteenth salary. * Calculate and generate tax and contribution payment slips (FGTS, INSS, IRRF), as well as other labor-related withholdings. * Execute all hiring and termination routines, including document requests, system registrations, eSocial information submissions, and homologations. * Prepare and submit monthly and annual declarations and ancillary obligations, such as eSocial (events S-1200 onward), DCTFWeb, RAIS, and DIRF. * Manage and control benefits (transportation allowance, meal allowance, health plans) and their respective payroll deductions. #### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or Law. * Proven experience in HR Department routines, including payroll, social charges, and ancillary obligations. * In-depth knowledge of labor and social security legislation (CLT, complementary laws, and regulatory norms). * Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., Totvs Protheus, Senior RH, ADP, or SAP HCM/SuccessFactors). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Food Allowance, Meal Allowance, Performance Bonus, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Wellhub (formerly Gympass), Life Insurance, Transportation Allowance, Parking Allowance ### **Department:** HR & HR DEPARTMENT
