




Job Summary: An HR Department professional to perform routine tasks, process payroll, ensure compliance with ancillary obligations, and support audits and payroll-related accounting closings, while staying up-to-date with current legislation. Practical experience in analyzing and resolving accounting discrepancies **Responsibilities:** * Perform onboarding, offboarding, and vacation-related procedures; * Process timekeeping, payroll, and statutory contributions (INSS, FGTS, IRRF); * Ensure timely submission of ancillary obligations (eSocial, DCTFWeb, RAIS, DIRF, etc.); * Support internal and external audits by providing required information and documentation; * Maintain continuous awareness of current labor and social security legislation; * Assist in payroll-related accounting closings. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields; * Solid experience in HR Department routines; * In-depth knowledge of eSocial and current labor legislation; * Practical experience in analyzing and resolving accounting discrepancies; * Proficiency in payroll systems; * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; * Intermediate English proficiency is a plus; Availability for 100% in-person work in the South Zone of São Paulo Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree * Education Assistance (available after 1 year) * Total Pass * Transportation Allowance * SESC Partnership * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Meal Voucher * Life Insurance * Food Voucher * Private Pension
