Expert-level proficiency in CAD software and electrical control panels **Responsibilities:** * Lead the development and execution of complex substation projects, ensuring strict compliance with technical standards and engineering criteria. * Critically analyze system and panel performance, identifying interferences and implementing high-performance solutions. * Accurately size and specify equipment for power generation, distribution, and transmission. * Provide advanced technical support (internal and external) and deliver training to teams on highly complex projects. * Collaborate strategically with the Commercial Department on technical sizing and feasibility assessments for new projects and contracts. * Conduct on-site technical supervision of construction works, acting as the focal point for clarifying queries and proposing engineering improvements. * Ensure full adherence to schedules, safety regulations, code of ethics, and quality standards. * Exercise technical authority to suspend activities upon detection of systemic failures, immediately reporting to senior management. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields. * Proven experience in the sector. * **Expert-level proficiency in CAD software and extensive expertise in electrical control panel projects**.
