Strategic Leadership and Execution * Lead the Business Partners team with consultative and executive engagement. * Translate strategic priorities into tactical plans with directorates and regional offices. * Facilitate joint prioritization and governance forums with business areas. * Integrate decentralized execution with centralized strategy at headquarters. 2. Identification of Data, AI, and Automation Opportunities * Identify use cases for AI, automation, and analytics. * Encourage intelligent data usage and sound governance practices. * Collaborate with technical teams (data, AI, RPA, digital channels) to enable solutions. 5. Governance, Processes, and Standardization * Implement interaction processes with business areas (pipeline, SLAs, rituals, templates). * Ensure a unified view of corporate demand and priorities. * Connect projects, processes, and KPIs across different areas. 6.
