Strategic Leadership and Execution * Lead the Business Partners team with consultative and executive engagement. * Translate strategic priorities into tactical plans with directorates and regional offices. * Facilitate joint prioritization and governance forums with business areas. * Integrate decentralized execution with centralized strategy at headquarters. 2. Engagement with Directorates * Serve as the primary liaison between Digital Transformation and partner areas. * Identify needs, pain points, and opportunities, converting them into digital initiatives. * Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory guidelines. * Promote digital culture and leadership awareness of change. 3. Demand Portfolio Management * Map, classify, and prioritize business demands. * Align area-specific initiatives with the Digital Transformation portfolio. * Avoid redundancies and promote solution reuse. * Monitor outcomes and KPIs related to adoption and delivered value. 4. Identification of Data, AI, and Automation Opportunities * Identify use cases for AI, automation, and analytics. * Encourage intelligent data usage and sound governance practices. * Collaborate with technical teams (data, AI, RPA, digital channels) to enable solutions. 5. Governance, Processes, and Standardization * Implement interaction processes with business areas (pipeline, SLAs, rituals, templates). * Ensure a unified view of corporate demand and priorities. * Connect projects, processes, and KPIs across different areas. 6. People Management and Culture * Coordinate the Business Partners team. * Foster a collaborative, empathetic, and customer-centric culture. * Develop consulting, prioritization, and analytical thinking competencies. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * MBA in Digital Transformation, Project Management, or related disciplines (preferred). Experience * 7+ years in roles such as Business Partner, Project Management, PMO, Digital Manager, or similar. * Experience in digital transformation or process modernization. * Experience engaging with senior leadership stakeholders. * Experience in regulated environments or utilities (a plus). Technical Knowledge * Fundamentals of portfolio governance and project management. * Concepts of data, BI, analytics, and artificial intelligence. * Management tools (Power BI, Trello, Monday). * Familiarity with automation (RPA), digital channels, and innovation.
