You’ll join a multidisciplinary team integrating frontend, backend, product, and design expertise, within a collaborative environment aligned with user needs. If you seek a dynamic context where challenges, learning, and autonomy are highly valued, join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop robust, scalable solutions adhering to quality, performance, and best-practice standards; * Build features focused on security and usability; * Implement automated tests to streamline maintenance and enhance reliability; * Contribute to technical documentation of developed services, ensuring transparency and organization; * Participate in the design and development of horizontally scalable microservices; * Build high-performance jobs and inter-service communication tasks using queue-based solutions (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience as a Senior Backend Developer, capable of working autonomously and collaboratively. * Experience designing and implementing horizontally scalable microservices. * Expertise in relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). * Familiarity with Docker-based environments and container orchestration. * Strong attention to code quality, applying best practices such as design patterns and PR reviews. * Test-Driven Development (TDD), unit testing, and integration testing experience. * Experience with Git for source code version control. * Fluency in modern backend programming languages.
