Teamwork for continuous improvement of efficiency and quality CAD/CAM Designer – Manufacturing Industry in Porto Alegre The CAD/CAM Designer will be responsible for developing and optimizing wheel spacer projects using modeling and CNC programming software to ensure product precision and quality. Main Responsibilities: Develop and detail technical designs of wheel spacers using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, etc.); Create and optimize CNC programs using CAM software (Mastercam, Powermill, Edgecam, etc.); Monitor product manufacturing to ensure compliance with developed designs; Perform simulations and adjustments in machining processes to optimize production; Collaborate with the production team to improve process efficiency and quality; Create and maintain technical documentation for developed projects; Participate in meetings for improvement analysis and new product development. Requirements: Technical or undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing Technology, Product Design, or related fields; Prior experience in mechanical design and CAM programming; Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, Mastercam, Powermill, Edgecam, or similar); Knowledge of CNC machining processes and interpretation of technical drawings; Familiarity with metallic materials and polymers used in wheel spacer manufacturing; Ability to work collaboratively and seek innovative solutions; Attention to detail and commitment to deadlines and quality.
