Aligi Recursos Humanos is a company specialized in people management solutions, offering services such as recruitment, selection, and talent development. **Responsibilities:** Develop complex and strategic mechanical projects for machines and equipment. Define technical solutions, design criteria, and engineering standards applied to equipment. Conduct technical, economic, and risk analyses to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions. Serve as the engineering technical reference, supporting technical decision-making with management. Provide mentoring and technical support to less experienced designers, ensuring the team’s technical development. Lead technical meetings with customers and suppliers to define requirements and solutions. Ensure equipment safety, quality, compliance with technical standards, and performance. Participate in project standardization initiatives, DFM and DFA, optimizing manufacturing and assembly. Manage and update technical documentation, drawings, and revisions in PDM or PLM systems. Previous experience as a Mechanical Designer, Project Engineer, Mechanical Design Technician, or Product Development Specialist may indicate alignment with some of the activities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
