Hydraulics: Perform general hydraulic services, including preparation and installation of pipes and networks; corrective maintenance on pumps, filters, and valves; eliminating leaks and blockages in piping systems; performing repairs, fixes, part replacements, and accessory replacements. Carpentry: Perform carpentry services, including minor repairs to wooden furniture and utensils. Maintain locks, hinges, doors, windows, partitions, and gypsum ceilings. Mechanics: Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on machines, motors, and equipment, lubricating gears and carrying out repairs or component replacements. Handle, assess, perform preventive maintenance, and conduct minor corrective interventions on medical gas systems. Building Maintenance (Painter): Perform maintenance on building installations and courtyards, including sink installations, masonry (drywall walls), and painting services; carry out minor renovations. Keep the workplace clean and organized. Assess and diagnose problems in medical equipment during emergencies to ensure appropriate communication between unit departments and the maintenance department. Conduct daily inspections of infrastructure compartments to prevent emergency occurrences.
