Map workflows and processes together with business and technology stakeholders, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Provide technical support in conducting discovery activities, defining requirements, and designing solution architectures. Manage the backlog and regularly share feedback on project progress during follow-up meetings. Mentor developers and serve as technical leadership for high-visibility, high-impact initiatives across international business operations. Previous experience as a Senior Java Back-End Developer, Java Software Engineer, Pleno Java Programmer, or Java Systems Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this role.
