Job Summary: We are seeking a Design/Systems intern to assist in creating interfaces and prototypes, and to collaborate on usability research, contributing to the team in a collaborative environment. Motoca's journey began\-in 1978, when it was still located at Praça Tiradentes in the center of Imperatriz, in an annex to the Volkswagen dealership, which belonged to the same group. It was merely a \"small door\. In 1981, with business growth and the need for workshop standardization, the building on Avenida Dorgival Pinheiro was constructed. In 1995, we moved to our current location on BR 010 Maranhão Novo. Many customers and friends were made during this period. This is our greatest asset—the factor that most propelled our growth and continues to contribute today to maintaining our brand’s absolute market leadership in the region. Requirements * Currently enrolled in Design, Information Systems, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of interface design and user experience; * Familiarity with tools such as Figma; * Ability to create wireframes, simple flows, and prototypes; * Interest in usability testing and user research; * Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn in a collaborative environment; * Portfolio (academic or personal) is a plus. Main Responsibilities * Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes; * Support the team in defining and improving navigation flows; * Contribute to conducting user research and usability tests; * Collaborate with designers and developers on daily tasks; * Perform minor visual revisions and layout adjustments under team guidance; * Document design decisions and keep files updated in Figma.
