Join a team that values innovation, leadership, and continuous development! #YouAtRandoncorp #WeAreRandoncorp #Rands **Responsibilities and Duties** As an **FP&A Specialist**, your mission will be to contribute to the development of reports and analyses for management, providing the necessary information for operational, financial, and strategic decision-making, and to support the development and monitoring of the budget and the construction of short- and long-term scenarios, performing medium-complexity analyses. **Your day-to-day in this role:** * Ensure the **financial planning, analysis, and consolidation process**, reporting to management. * Conduct **economic-financial, market, and performance analyses**, supporting strategic decision-making. * Analyze the **efficiency of administrative and personnel expenses**, evaluating impacts on results. * Develop **budgets and financial projections** for high-complexity areas and processes. * Assess the **feasibility of strategic projects and investments**, including advanced financial modeling and IRR. * Perform **return-on-investment analyses**, comparing forecasted versus actual results. * Contribute to defining **Dividends and Interest on Equity**, as well as the cash flow model. * Enhance **pricing models, predictive analytics, and new financial methodologies**, pursuing innovation and best practices. * Define and monitor **performance indicators and results sharing**, cascading action plans to achieve ambitions. * Ensure **regulatory compliance**, including Central Bank of Brazil (Bacen) requirements, and develop/review departmental policies and procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed postgraduate degree in Controller, Finance, or related fields. * Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.); * Knowledge of Financial Mathematics; * Knowledge of financial modeling and valuation; * Familiarity with accounting principles and financial statement analysis. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) * Experience in the financial services industry. **Additional Information** #### **At Randoncorp, we believe the future is built by people.
