




Job Summary: We are seeking an Optical Fiber Assistant to support the identification and resolution of faults in telecommunications networks, as well as installations and maintenance of optical systems. Focus on learning and development in the field of telecommunications **About the Position** We are looking for an **Optical Fiber Assistant** to support the Optical Fiber Technician; together, you will identify and resolve faults in telecommunications networks, perform installations and maintenance of optical systems, ensuring service efficiency and quality. **What We Are Looking For** * Interest in learning and developing within the telecommunications field * Willingness to work on-site and perform operational tasks * Ability to follow technical instructions and procedures **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Brazilian driver’s license, category B * Availability for external work * Basic knowledge of optical fiber or telecommunications networks (preferred) * FTTH, NR 10, and NR 35 certifications (preferred) * Residency in São José **Your Responsibilities** * Assist the Optical Fiber Technician in identifying and resolving faults in telecommunications networks; * Support installations and maintenance of optical systems, per technical guidance; * Assist in installing and assembling infrastructure for laying and routing optical cables; * Support assembly of optical splice closures, optical terminal boxes, and other network structures; * Assist in organizing, preparing, and using tools, materials, and equipment; * Support execution of basic tests and operational activities to ensure service quality. **What We Offer** * Meal allowance, transportation allowance, dental plan, Wellhub, internet allowance, psychological support allowance, and a birthday day off. **Why Work With Us?** We are a company in continuous expansion and innovation, focused on delivering the best connectivity experience to our customers.
