Learn more about us at this link: https://www.kumon.com.br/sobre\-nos/aspiracoes/ **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities of an Expansion Consultant (Mid-Level):** * Analyze expansion opportunities for new franchises according to corporate strategies, considering regional characteristics and specificities. * Conduct property analyses and prospecting using tools such as OnMaps and/or on-site visits. * Prospect candidates for instructor positions (franchisees), evaluating regional alternatives and proposing actions based on cost and resource availability analysis. * Plan stages of unit opening processes, coordinating travel within the assigned region, internal activities, and events held by headquarters and branches. * Manage leads received via the website and update the recruitment system. * Participate in Pre- and Post-Opening Training, presentation seminars, business model meetings, and interviews during the unit opening process. * Monitor online study progress and pre-opening teaching materials, ensuring adherence to the established schedule. * Provide feedback to candidates following training and unit openings. * Request layouts and façade designs from the responsible department, ensuring timely submission of required documentation. * Contribute to defining strategies for franchise network and/or new business projects. * Maintain updated activity tracking, proactively identifying and addressing critical issues. * Propose improvements to processes related to the area of responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Basic Spanish (desirable); * Intermediate English; * Professional experience in expansion and/or commercial areas; * Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate to advanced); * Valid driver’s license and experience driving on highways; * Professional experience in expansion and/or commercial areas; * Experience in school administration or the education sector will be considered an advantage. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** At Kumon, we value every effort made to build an environment and culture where all employees enjoy peace of mind; therefore, we offer benefits designed to support employee and family well-being and professional development.
