Lead the data journey and access governance We seek a professional to act as an IT Business Partner for the Industrial area, connecting technology, data, and operations, with a focus on business value generation; proven experience with the Protheus ERP system is required, specifically in the PCP, Purchasing, ACD, Billing, and Costing modules. You will be responsible for conducting discovery sessions with Supply, S&OP, Production, Quality, Maintenance, PCP, and Engineering teams, mapping pain points, opportunities, goals, and constraints. Build and maintain the industrial product and project backlog, prioritized by business value, risk, and effort. Define priority use cases, as well as the vision and roadmaps for industrial solutions such as MES, SCADA, APS, and CMMS. Map AS-IS processes, propose TO-BE improvements aligned with lean and digital manufacturing best practices, and specify functional and non-functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and operational workflows. Orchestrate testing, commissioning, cutover, and stabilization of deliveries together with operational teams. Contribute to industrial digital transformation by structuring the data journey in partnership with Data Science, defining data models, governance, end-to-end traceability, and promoting self-service analytics adoption. Ensure access governance, segregation of duties, change policies, and maintenance windows, guaranteeing compliance with audits and critical production periods.
