You will be responsible for overseeing our developments from inception to completion, ensuring **quality, schedule adherence, budget compliance, and safety**. **Your Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Coordinate, guide, and ensure execution of construction projects under your supervision—from inception to completion—overseeing engineering teams, contractors, and third parties, thereby guaranteeing on-time delivery, cost control, quality, and safety. * Serve as the technical lead for the project during its execution phase, ensuring control over scheduling, cash flow, budgeting, and performance indicators, as well as compliance with company processes. * Prepare, monitor, and maintain updated monthly project cost reports—including forecast vs. actual comparisons—to ensure financial visibility for decision-making. * Ensure implementation of SCIRE’s procedures (quality, safety, environmental standards, and financing agent requirements), guaranteeing documentary compliance, permits, and regulatory obligations. * Build, develop, and lead the construction team: train, guide, evaluate performance, design capacity-building plans, and foster integration across teams and departments. * Prospect, qualify, and assess suppliers and contractors; conduct quotations, comparative analyses, contract administration, and performance monitoring. * Guarantee seamless integration among Planning, Procurement, Projects, Budgeting, Purchasing, and Warehouse departments, ensuring smooth information flow at the construction site. * Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks related to schedule, budget, quality, safety, and environment—proposing and implementing corrective and preventive actions. * Prepare and present periodic construction progress reports to leadership, proposing action plans and ensuring achievement of established goals. **What We Expect From You** --------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum 6 years’ experience in vertical residential construction projects, including economic-model projects. * At least 2 years’ experience managing and coordinating teams. * Experience simultaneously managing multiple construction projects, preferably from inception through key handover. * Experience managing schedules, budgets, teams, and suppliers. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications. * Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications** ------------------------------------- * Specialization or postgraduate degree related to the field of practice. * Experience with Prevision and Sienge systems. **Additional Information** -------------------------- **Work Location:** On-site work at SCIRE’s construction sites in Florianópolis/SC. **Employment Type:** PJ (Individual Contractor) **What We Offer** -------------------- Méritus Program – bonus tied to achievement of project targets Performance cycle A culture that values meritocracy, transparency, and respect Real opportunities for professional growth and development **Submit your resume and help build success stories with SCIRE.** We are driven by the purpose of being the **BEST first real estate project in Santa Catarina**.
