Work is conducted in accordance with psychological approaches recognized by the Federal Council of Psychology (CFP), adhering strictly to the profession’s ethical and technical principles. **Main Responsibilities** * Deliver **clinical psychological counseling** for adolescents, adults, and/or children (as per specialization); * Conduct **psychotherapeutic processes**, emphasizing active listening, empathetic support, and emotional development; * Perform **psychological assessments and prepare reports or technical opinions**, where applicable and authorized; * Monitor **patients’ progress**, maintaining appropriate records in psychological case files; * Apply **psychological techniques, instruments, and methods** consistent with one’s theoretical orientation; * Make **referrals** to other healthcare professionals when necessary; * Uphold **confidentiality and professional ethics**, in compliance with the Psychologist’s Code of Ethics and CFP regulations. **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in **Psychology**; * Valid and active registration with the **Regional Psychology Council (CRP)**; * Demonstrated clinical experience (minimum preferred: 1 year); * Specialization or additional training in a specific psychological approach is desirable (e.g., CBT, Psychoanalysis, Humanistic, Systemic, etc.); * Basic familiarity with electronic medical records and online counseling (for clinics utilizing digital systems). **Behavioral Competencies** * Empathetic and supportive listening; * Professional responsibility and ethics; * Absolute confidentiality and discretion; * Organization and commitment to punctuality and record-keeping; * Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills; * Capacity for self-management and autonomous practice. **Work Arrangement** This position operates under an **individual service contract (PJ)**, executed between the professional and the clinic or partner institution.
