This position coordinates the Sicredi Consortium’s product teams, ensuring continuous portfolio evolution, business value delivery, and technical solution quality—acting as a strategic bridge between Product, Technology, and Business. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead multidisciplinary product management teams * Lead a group of product squads, sizing efforts and coordinating dependencies across different teams; * Coordinate teams of Product Managers and/or Product Owners, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy. * Support the development of the product’s strategic vision alongside GPMS, providing business analyses, proposals, and insights. * Support the creation and decomposition of roadmaps, objectives, and product metrics. * Develop the team in modern product management practices, discovery, and delivery. * Collaborate closely with technology teams (engineering, architecture, data, security). * Actively participate in technical discussions, capable of challenging architectural choices, tech stacks, and proposed solutions; * Evaluate trade-offs among cost, timeline, scalability, security, and user experience; * Understand medium- and long-term technical impacts of product decisions. * Support decisions regarding technical debt, refactoring, and structural enhancements. * Translate business and customer needs into clear, technically feasible requirements. * Monitor product and delivery performance indicators (OKRs, flow metrics, quality, and value). * Ensure alignment between discovery and delivery, avoiding waste and rework. * Contribute to medium- and long-term decisions on portfolio technological evolution. * Orchestrate and ensure delivery of product initiatives; * Facilitate collaboration among Tech, UX, Product, and Marketing teams; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields); postgraduate studies or an MBA are advantageous. * Experience in coordinating or leading teams, product management, and strategic projects. * Proven experience as a Product Manager at a senior level. * Advanced knowledge of data analysis, product strategy development and execution, and performance metrics; * Experience in agile environments and methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe. * Solid knowledge of digital product development practices (lifecycle, discovery, delivery, metrics, etc.). * Knowledge of software development (frontend, backend, integrations), modern architectures (e.g., microservices, APIs, event-driven), cloud concepts, scalability and performance, and information security. * Strong communication and influence skills, with experience interacting across hierarchical levels; * Analytical, proactive, results-oriented profile, **with the ability to handle multiple challenges simultaneously.** **Requirements and Qualifications** * Critical and systemic thinking. * Ability to operate in highly complex environments. * Capacity to question deeply and respectfully from a technical perspective. * Inspirational and collaborative leadership. * Clear and effective communication, with storytelling proficiency. * Ability to give and receive continuous feedback. * Systemic vision and strategic thinking. * Skill to facilitate cross-functional exchanges among Tech, UX, and Product. * Proactivity in creating learning and continuous improvement environments. **Additional Information** **\*THIS FIELD IS EXCLUSIVELY FOR PEOPLE MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONALS\*** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- At the **Sicredi Administrative Center (CAS)**, for positions in business areas, we adopt a hybrid work model consolidated as 3 days onsite at the company headquarters located at Av.
