We are seeking a **Technology Coordinator** to lead our engineering team with a **focus on ERP**, ensuring delivery of scalable, secure solutions aligned with business strategy. You will be responsible for leading the evolution of Bling’s "**core**" — referring to modules that form the **backbone** of any commercial operation: Products, Inventory, Sales, and POS. This opportunity is fully remote, under CLT employment regime, with a 40-hour weekly schedule. **Join us in helping businesses manage their operations simply and intelligently through technology!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Act as mentor and facilitator, promoting technical and behavioral development of the team, conducting 1:1s and managing career plans. * Promote a collaborative, high-performance environment. * Ensure code quality, security, and scalability, actively participating in architecture discussions and process reviews. * Manage technology projects using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Refine and optimize agile methodologies to ensure cadence, quality, and predictability in deliveries. * Translate business objectives into technical deliverables, ensuring module roadmaps align with market needs. * Handle financial management and technology investment planning, optimizing resources and infrastructure. * Ensure compliance with information security practices, including protection against cyber threats and identity and access management. * Serve as a bridge between engineering and other areas (Product, Customer Success, Sales), simplifying complex topics and influencing decision-making. * Solve complex challenges with critical thinking, creativity, and data-driven decision-making. * Stay updated on technological trends such as AI, agents, and blockchain, identifying innovation opportunities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience in engineering team leadership and management, preferably in SaaS or high-scale product environments. * Advanced knowledge of system architecture, infrastructure, software development, and information security. * Prior experience as a Senior/Staff Developer (knowledge of PHP, Golang, Microservices, or AWS cloud is a strong differentiator). * Ability to translate business needs into strategic technology solutions. * Understanding that every line of code directly impacts the entrepreneur using Bling. * Skill to mediate conflicts, adapt to change, and make decisions under pressure. * Skill to negotiate priorities and explain the technical "why" to non-technical stakeholders. * Experience with data analysis and Business Intelligence using tools such as SQL, Python, or R. * Data- and metrics-driven decision-making (e.g., DORA metrics, cycle time, etc.). * Strong communication skills, with ease articulating technical solutions to diverse audiences. **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** Health insurance; Dental insurance; Meal allowance or food allowance; Childcare assistance; Profit-sharing program (PPR); Birthday day off; Life insurance; Wellhub; Férias&Co (travel benefit); Zenklub (psychotherapy/nutritional counseling); 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave; Flexible working hours; Education assistance and language learning assistance; Join us in helping businesses manage their operations simply and intelligently through technology!
