Focus on quality and safety in technical delivery #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise mechanics and technicians, promoting training and continuous development. * Review service release with focus on fleet quality and technical delivery; * Provide technical support for specialized maintenance services; * Develop preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. * Manage inventory control of parts and materials. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. * Interact with suppliers and service providers for negotiation and contracting. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Proven experience in automotive maintenance supervision. * Technical knowledge in automotive mechanics, electrical systems, and vehicle electronics. * Team management and leadership skills. * Planning and organizational ability. * Technical or higher education degree in mechanics, automotive engineering, or related fields. #### **Desirable Requirements (Advantage):** * Knowledge of maintenance management systems (ERP, CMMS). * Experience in maintaining light and heavy vehicle fleets. **Contract Model: PJ – Legal Entity**
