Job Summary: A professional for advanced automation system programming, working directly with clients with technical autonomy and a problem-solving focus, negotiating and communicating with internal clients. Technical autonomy, proactivity, and results-oriented focus **Responsibilities:** * Advanced PLC (addon, UDT, indexing), HMI, and SCADA programming (recipes, reports, etc.); * Drive and motion programming, with capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues; robot programming; advanced vision sensor programming; advanced machine vision system programming; * Knowledge of and ability to configure barcode readers / capability to work directly with clients without requiring additional technical support / capability to identify technical issues on-site and deliver prompt and effective solutions; * Strong negotiation and communication skills with internal clients; * Active participation in technical and alignment meetings with clients and suppliers, maintaining a professional demeanor / capability to technically represent the department to clients; technical autonomy and proactive attitude, focused on results and problem resolution; accountability for deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields preferred. * Postgraduate studies in the field preferred. * Experience with electrical control systems, reading and developing electrical schematics. * Technical education in Industrial Automation required. **Additional Information:** * Administrative working hours * On-site meal allowance * Health insurance plan with co-payment * CAJU card * Transportation allowance Employment type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$2.900,00 - R$3.600,00 per month
