Job Summary: Work in the PPCM area, assisting in planning, control, and scheduling of maintenance and material processes, as well as other related administrative activities. Key Highlights: 1. Work in the PPCM area, assisting in activities related to Planning, Control, and Scheduling of maintenance and material processes; cooperating in operational activities such as developing and monitoring schedules and other controls; supporting analysis of preventive maintenance planning, control, and scheduling; and performing other related and inherent duties. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in identifying/tagging industrial plant assets; * Maintain and update identification of critical assets in the industrial plant using MTBF and Impediment plates; * Collaborate in controlling inventory levels of inputs required for maintenance, placing purchase/acquisition orders with the responsible department to ensure process continuity; * Maintain departmental document organization by archiving, numbering, and classifying them; * Organize and control office supplies, requesting replenishment when necessary to ensure resource availability; * Support and execute low-complexity administrative processes, serving all maintenance departments while ensuring information organization in systems; * Assist the department manager in administrative tasks and performance indicator tracking; * Safeguard company property under your responsibility, reporting any problems or damages detected to your immediate supervisor; * Identify and provide relevant information regarding the maintenance status of assets in the maintenance workshop; * Assist in asset decommissioning via the CS system when field operations are deactivated; * Receive externally maintained materials/assets from the warehouse and notify the planner; * Monitor and track shipments of materials/assets sent for external maintenance; * Conduct physical monitoring and validation of inventory and integrity of reserve assets at the unit; * Serve as liaison between local maintenance and corporate teams regarding inter-unit/central inventory item transfers; * Prepare a monthly report on area and related asset organization and cleaning; * Control toolroom tools (inventory, reserves, returns) and maintain organization according to the 5S program; * Issue Immediate Purchase Orders (IPOs) via the CS system; * Issue tool purchase requests for the unit’s toolroom. * Perform job-related activities in full compliance with the organization’s occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations, consistently using all mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during task execution; promptly reporting to your immediate supervisor any activity posing risks to your health or that of fellow workers; * Carry out activities in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information; * Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through workplace organization, standardization, and cleanliness, verified through internal and external departmental audits; **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education Excel knowledge (basic to intermediate) Office Suite (basic) Basic computer literacy **Additional Information** Benefits: Meal allowance; Health insurance (Unimed); Dental insurance; Transportation allowance; Gympass; On-site meals.
