Job Summary: Perform administrative support activities, including document organization, data entry into systems, and support for training and onboarding integrations. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative support and document organization. 2. Data entry into systems such as MV, SENIOR, and SOC. 3. Scheduling and tracking of third-party onboarding integrations. * Assist with administrative tasks in the department, such as receiving, verifying, filing, and delivering employee personnel files and documents to the inactive archive. * Register PPP deliveries with HR and at the post office, then forward them to the respective area managers and departments. * Perform administrative tasks by entering information and registering third parties in the SENIOR/SOC system. * Request materials and organize departmental files to subsequently deliver safety equipment to employees and third parties. * Enter fiscal invoices, purchase orders, and inventory movements via the MV system. * Register trainings and related information in the SOC system. * Register Fire Brigade members and components in the SOC system. * Schedule and coordinate with departments for third-party onboarding integrations, and track receipt of required documentation for updating in the SENIOR system. Requirements: Completed high school education, relevant work experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualification: Experience with Power BI. This position requires on-site work from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM or from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) Desired Education: High School (Secondary Education)
