About the Role We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to directly manage the accounting operations of our distributed solar power plants. This strategic role ensures quality, accuracy, and agility in accounting processes, supporting decision-making and company scalability. We seek a hands-on, analytical, and solution-oriented profile capable of seamlessly balancing operational routines and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities Perform full accounting of solar plant operations (revenue, costs, expenses, assets, and contracts). Execute and validate monthly accounting closings, ensuring timeliness and data accuracy. Manage and reconcile accounting accounts related to solar plants (fixed assets, contracts, leases, GD revenues, etc.). Ensure correct accounting classification of operational and financial entries. Support the structuring and improvement of accounting processes related to O&M operations. Interface with O&M, Finance, Tax, and Controller areas. Analyze variances, identify inconsistencies, and propose solutions. Support internal and external audits. Serve as technical reference for TOTVS Protheus – Accounting / Fixed Assets / Finance modules. **Requirements:** Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences. Solid experience in operational accounting. Experience with accounting closings and reconciliations. Proficiency in TOTVS Protheus (preferred). Analytical, organized, and solution-oriented profile. Ability to handle large volumes of data and multiple CNPJs. Capacity to propose process improvements—not merely execute routine tasks. Preferred Qualifications **Prior experience in:** Distributed Generation (GD) or the energy sector. Solar plant operations / O&M. High-growth or scale-up environments. **Knowledge of:** Solar plant fixed assets. GD contracts, recurring revenues, and cost allocations.
