The goal is to dominate digital market share with a focus on conversion and long-term sustainability. **What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):** * SEO + content strategy: Plan and execute organic growth focused on qualified traffic and conversion. * Semantic SEO and content hierarchy: Build topic clusters, information architecture, and strategic interlinking. * Keyword research and intent analysis: Map funnel-based opportunities and prioritize topics by impact. * On-page SEO: Optimize titles, headings, structure, internal links, images, and content to quality standards. * Technical audit and action plan: Identify indexing, crawling, performance, and structural bottlenecks. * AI-focused SEO (GEO/AEO/LLMO): Adapt content for AI Overviews and AI responses (clarity, structure, and trustworthiness). * Monitoring and reporting: Track performance in GSC/GA4 and generate actionable insights. * Collaboration with content and dev teams: Guide implementations and ensure technical + editorial standards. * Coordinate with partner agencies on strategy alignment and results, identifying optimal paths to achieve departmental goals. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements** * Proven experience in large-scale SEO projects (e-commerce, portals, or SaaS) * Deep expertise in search intent and user journey mapping. * Proficiency with SEO tools such as SemRush and Ahrefs. * Advanced knowledge of HTML/CSS, structured data (Schema.org), and performance. * Mastery of Google Search Console and GA4 (analysis and decision-making). * Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and their impact on organic traffic in 2026. * Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and partner across Omie’s marketing departments—including Tech, Product, and Content. * Analytical mindset: Transform data into actionable plans and priorities. **Preferred Qualifications** * Rapid adaptation to frequent algorithm updates. * Familiarity with Looker Studio and dashboards. * CMS knowledge (WordPress, Webflow, etc.) * Understanding of Core Web Vitals and performance (in partnership with dev). **Why This Role Is Right for You** If you’re the kind of professional who looks at Google and sees beyond the obvious, who tests AI tools before they become trends, and who believes SEO is the perfect fusion of data science and consumer psychology—you belong here. **Additional Information** Flexible Benefit/Meal Allowance: BRL 45.00 per business day.
