Our mission is to ensure efficient management of credit granting and maintenance, guaranteeing profitability and solid growth of the Organization’s assets. Work model: Hybrid – 2 days onsite Unit: Osasco/SP and Curitiba/PR **Your Day-to-Day** As a Senior Data Scientist – Credit Policies, you will work within the Credit – Retail PJ Management unit, performing the following key activities: * Developing studies to support the Credit Department in decision-making processes for Retail PJ clients, delivering value through optimization of the risk-return relationship; * Conducting analyses and monitoring loan vintages and credit portfolios to anticipate shifts in decision-making processes; * Creating reports based on established KPIs for monthly performance indicator tracking; * Performing data exploration and processing tasks using programming languages (SQL, Python, or SAS); * Preparing executive presentations in PowerPoint to showcase study results and developed strategies; * Identifying opportunities to automate routine tasks using intensive programming (VBA/SQL/Python/SAS) across various data source platforms; * Experience developing strategies that drive decisions yielding benefits such as reduced delinquency or increased sales. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Completed undergraduate degree in quantitative fields, technology, or related areas; * Proficiency in programming languages SAS/SQL/Python; * Experience in information management involving data mining and stratification; * Experience with lending and financing strategies; * Knowledge of key credit and profitability indicators; * Understanding of finance and banking products.
