This person will work on strategic HR projects, transforming large volumes of data into actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision-making and advancing organizational KPIs and goals. * Build and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines. * Automate processes and integrations between HR systems and analytical platforms, creating an efficient data ecosystem. * Develop and build interactive dashboards, performance indicator panels, studies, and reports with a focus on storytelling, outcomes, opportunity identification, and decision support. * Work with large-scale datasets in cloud environments (Google Cloud Platform). * Support the HR department with predictive analytics, diagnostics, and data-based recommendations. * Contribute to structuring and maintaining a portfolio of strategic and operational KPIs. * Participate in performance and trend analyses to support the organizational goal cycle. * Apply continuous improvement mindset and focus on innovation within the People Analytics function. **Requirements and Qualifications** To transform healthcare, you need: * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields. * Experience in data engineering, automation, and data visualization. * Power BI: Data modeling, DAX, and report creation with storytelling focus. * SQL: Proficiency in BigQuery (GCP), layered architecture (medallion), scheduled queries, job execution, Cloud Run, and Cloud Functions. * Python: For automation, integrations, and analysis. * Power Apps: Knowledge desirable (bonus: Bubble). * Automation tools: Power Automate (bonus: Make, n8n). * Strong analytical ability, systemic vision, and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. * Experience in people analytics. **Additional Information** -------------------------- **Location: Pinheiros – SP (hybrid model)** **Working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday–Thursday; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday** **Additional Information** By caring for our people, we become the healthcare that people desire and the world needs—check out our benefits: * Nutrition support: Meal Voucher / Food Voucher or On-site Cafeteria (depending on location); * Health support: Health Insurance and Life Insurance; * Development support: Dasa University, Development & Career Cycle, Technology/PMAX Academies, and Crescer Program within Dasa; * Others: Transportation Voucher and Performance Bonus (PPR).
