We value and support diversity in all its forms, and professionals of all backgrounds are welcomed and considered for roles within our company. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Develop and implement credit policies that enable PicPay’s Credit growth strategy in a profitable and sustainable manner; * Innovate in the exploration and use of alternative data (internal and external) to build optimized, strategy-aligned credit policy segmentations; * Conduct robust analytical studies to support decisions aimed at improving approval rates and optimizing risk/return levels; * Design intelligent monitoring systems and assist in optimizing decision-making processes; * Perform analyses to understand root causes of key business issues and propose data-driven solutions; * Monitor portfolio and cohort performance using analytical techniques and segmentation, recommending adjustments to mitigate risk and enhance profitability. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Knowledge of the credit/collections market and its main information sources; * Proficiency in programming languages and database manipulation (SQL, Python, Databricks); * Understanding of profitability and key credit P&L indicators; * Experience in credit policy development, particularly for credit card products; * Ability to mathematically model real-world problems and solve them using quantitative methods; * Strong communication skills for alignment and collaborative development of studies and projects with internal and external partner teams, including those outside the Credit area. **Note:** * **This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring 3 days per week at our Brooklin headquarters (R.
