Our mission is to ensure implementation of the Debt Collection and Credit Recovery Policy, establishing a structured process for collecting overdue amounts, managing authority levels, defining rules and discount limits for debt regularization, assigning responsibilities and delegating authority, segregating functions, and ensuring effective controls that enable compliance with organizational guidelines. Work model: Hybrid – 2 days onsite Unit: Osasco/SP **Your Day-to-Day** As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst – Pricing and Collections, you will join the Retail PJ – Pricing Strategy Management team, with primary responsibilities including: * Identify primary or secondary data sources required for analyzing opportunities to reduce delinquency; * Determine necessary data for collection and inclusion in BI systems, identifying optimal methods to organize and store renegotiation-related information; * Analyze delinquency curves, gathering relevant information and organizing it logically and functionally; * Analyze and identify opportunities within PJ collection frameworks, renegotiation policies, and third-party commission structures; * Generate and analyze results using statistical techniques, delivering progress reports—covering regulatory impacts or performance analysis (quality and productivity); * Identify, analyze, and interpret data to extract patterns and trends, making them visible and understandable, highlighting potential issues and proposing solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Completed undergraduate degree in quantitative fields, technology, or related disciplines; * Advanced knowledge of SAS, SQL, and Python; * Advanced knowledge of Databricks; * Advanced knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI); Preferred qualifications include: * Familiarity with clustering techniques and pricing/collection strategies.
