Unicred Eleva is seeking a professional to join its team in Novo Hamburgo/RS, responsible for prospecting condominiums, syndics, and property management companies; presenting the cooperative’s value proposition; generating commercial opportunities; and directing account openings to branches. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct daily visits to condominiums and property management companies. * Fully map the region and build an active prospecting portfolio. * Present the cooperative’s proposals and benefits to syndics and managers. * Generate commercial opportunities and forward account opening requests to branches. * Produce prospecting reports, performance indicators, and pipeline updates for the Regional Office and Nucleus. * Develop a local network of syndics and strategic partners. * Ensure consistent weekly volume of visits and contacts. * Collaborate cross-functionally with all branches within the Eastern Regional Office. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, Cooperativism, or related fields; * Completed postgraduate degree in Banking, Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resource Management, Finance, or related fields is considered a plus; * Active CPA-10 certification required; * CPA-20 or CEA certifications are considered advantageous; * Experience in financial institutions; * Willingness to travel nationally. **Exclusive prerequisites for Unicred – Geração Nucleus employees:** The candidate must have at least one year of tenure with the Unicred system and meet the minimum profile requirements for this position (as listed above).
