Conduct employment contract terminations. Maintain solid knowledge of labor laws, INSS, FGTS, and other tax obligations. Use payroll systems for data processing. Develop advanced spreadsheets for controlling and analyzing labor-related information. Contribute to payroll error reduction and improvement of labor compliance. Assist in reducing legal risks associated with HR department routines. Participate in transparent processes that foster employee engagement. Previous experience as Human Resources Assistant, Human Resources Analyst, Payroll Assistant, or Human Resources Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Ongoing undergraduate degree required.
