As part of the Operations team, the selected candidate will play a key role in optimizing driver experience, analyzing user behavior, and identifying improvement opportunities. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset to identify efficiency gains and continuous improvement opportunities. Role Responsibilities: * **Data-driven decision-making:** Leverage internal and external data to support business growth; * **Innovation and problem solving:** Identify new opportunities and propose data-based solutions to increase efficiency and optimize acquisition channels; * **Engagement and optimization:** Develop strategies to improve driver experience and engagement, ensuring marketplace efficiency; * **Process and product improvement:** Optimize existing workflows, support product enhancements, and ensure smooth operational experience.
