Autonomy to plan, execute, and deliver results 2. Development of innovative products and technology 3. Culture of genuine leadership and owner mindset **About the Role** At Mottu, we transform talents into leaders from day one. We expect delivery, leadership, and the ability to scale solutions—capabilities that, at other companies, would only be entrusted years later. If you seek an environment where your leadership is recognized, where challenges shape talent, and where there’s room to become a partner, Mottu is the right place. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Take ownership of a **strategic challenge** from day one, with autonomy to plan, execute, and deliver end-to-end results. * Conduct data analysis and build actionable recommendations to optimize business metrics (e.g., churn prevention, operational availability, delinquency funnel). * Design and validate operational and product solutions in partnership with technology and operations teams. * Propose and implement process automations and improvements focused on scalability and elegant simplicity. * Actively participate in project execution: specify requirements, monitor development, test deliverables, and measure impact. * Mentor and collaborate with other trainees and stakeholders, communicating progress and learnings on a regular cadence. * Present deliverables and results during the program’s Report-Out, influencing leadership decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) — preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields. * Analytical profile: comfort with numbers, ability to translate data into decisions. * Self-management capability: organizes priorities, communicates blockers, and delivers autonomously. * Functional English (reading and conversation) — sufficient proficiency to handle technical documentation and interactions. * Willingness to work 100% on-site at Headquarters (São Paulo) and availability for relocation if necessary. * Owner mindset: proactivity, accountability, and impact orientation. * Resilience and ability to operate in highly ambiguous, fast-paced environments. **Nice-to-Haves** * Prior experience in projects involving data analysis, product discovery, or operations. * Knowledge of SQL, advanced Excel, or visualization tools (Power BI, Looker). * Experience with agile methodologies and project management (OKRs, sprints, etc.). * Basic technical background (programming fundamentals, APIs, or low-code tools). * Participation in social impact projects, startups, or entrepreneurial initiatives. **Development Path (what you’ll learn and do)** * **Products and Technology:** create innovative and scalable solutions; combine robust architecture with cutting-edge technologies to drive business growth. Applied innovation to simplify customers’ daily lives and generate measurable impact. * **Management and Strategy:** full ownership of your project — define priorities, formulate strategies, and turn ideas into concrete outcomes. Autonomy to design and execute with close support from leaders. * **Results and Impact Focus:** lead implementation of high-impact projects (e.g., churn prevention, availability optimization, delinquency funnel). Accountability for metrics and outcomes. * **Certifications:** access to Trybe’s exclusive Technical Product Manager (TPM) course — Product Discovery, Epics, User Stories, Programming Logic, ASP.NET Core, C#, Databases, Git, Docker, and low-code tools. * **Training and Mentoring:** work side-by-side with Senior Product Managers and Partners; technical training delivered by development tribes; daily hands-on mentoring to accelerate your growth. * **OneMottu:** intensive operational immersion from day one — “grease in the veins” — to understand real-world challenges and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation with a pragmatic outlook. **Who We’re Looking For (Culture & Mindset)** * **Entrepreneurial mindset:** act as an owner, decide autonomously, and assume end-to-end responsibility. * **Hunger to learn:** actively seek feedback, learn quickly, and apply new knowledge the next day. * **Resilience:** maintain pace amid pressure, mistakes, and uncertainty — adjust course and keep going. * **Genuine leadership:** take initiative without waiting for instructions; create paths when no processes exist. * **Courage for the big:** un-intimidated by massive challenges; turn ambition into execution. * **Speed with rigor:** deliver quickly and with quality, measuring data and learning in short cycles. * **Naturally inquisitive:** question the status quo and continuously propose improvements. * **Elegant simplicity:** solve complex problems with clear, efficient, and scalable solutions. * **Impact focus:** results-oriented, aiming to improve the lives of our customers and the business. **BENEFITS:** * Eligible for Stock Options up to 2 years — Earn equity and work to increase and exponentially grow your return. * Relocation to São Paulo: we cover travel and up to 30 days of accommodation for candidates coming from over 300 km away. * Health Insurance
