We seek someone communicative, analytical, didactic, and passionate about teaching and generating impact on our students’ businesses, with experience in education to support the development of our digital platform. **Requirements** * Technical expertise across major marketplaces; * Didactic ability, clarity, and capacity to simplify content; * Professional and empathetic communication; * Analytical capability regarding data and strategies within marketplaces; * Commitment to Mamba’s culture; * Intermediate Excel proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience with mentoring, training, or corporate education; * Knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, RD, etc.); * Experience implementing marketplace performance strategies; * Ability to analyze engagement and learning metrics; **Your Responsibilities** * Methodological guidance and optimization of listings; * Translate Mamba’s methodologies and adapt them to students’ real-world contexts; * Conduct mentoring sessions and meetings focused on decision-making; * Strategically manage the marketplace channel; * Ensure continuity of learning paths, preventing student disengagement; * Fulfill weekly mentoring and meeting schedules as per the established timetable; * Update the CRM with attendance, engagement, and learning-path completion metrics. **Location & Work Model** Our team operates under a **100% in-office model** at our Santos/SP office.
