If you identify with our purpose and are looking for a place to grow and contribute, we welcome you with open arms! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze hardware and software problems and failures, correctly diagnosing equipment issues. * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on notebooks, desktops, and smartphones, ensuring full functionality according to the company’s quality standards. * Install, update, configure, and uninstall software on equipment. * Conduct final equipment testing (notebooks, desktops, and smartphones), as defined by engineering procedures, ensuring only products meeting quality criteria are released. * Record all identified incidents and corrective actions taken in the system. * Carry out tasks in accordance with departmental procedures and instructions from the immediate supervisor. * Comply with the quality policy, internal regulations, and company procedures. Strictly adhere to safety practices, accident prevention, and environmental risk management. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Education in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering, or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, Networks, etc. * Experience in technical support for hardware and software. * Valid and permanent Brazilian Driver’s License Category B. * Availability for field work, including external service calls as required.
