If you are interested in topics such as compliance and data protection, and wish to learn firsthand how these areas impact an educational organization, join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your mission will be:** * Participate in corporate investigations, supporting the conduct of interviews and evidence collection, drafting minutes and reports, and leading or monitoring cases; * Deliver training sessions and draft internal communications for the area; * Assist the team in responding to internal consultations regarding compliance and LGPD; * Handle data subject requests, research data protection regulations, manage responses to data incidents, etc.; * Draft, review, and update internal policies; and * Monitor deadlines, action plans, and compliance department KPIs. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What are the required qualifications?** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Law, Business Administration, Psychology, Accounting, or related fields; * Expected graduation within the next two years; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — at minimum Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; * Familiarity with Google tools. **What qualities do we consider advantageous?** * Interest in compliance, LGPD, ethics, and corporate governance; * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility; * Proactive, discreet, and effective communicator; * Ability to work collaboratively and handle confidential information; * Availability to intern in person once per week in Botafogo, Rio de Janeiro/RJ. **Additional Information** Working hours: 30 hours per week. Location: Botafogo – Rio de Janeiro (RJ).
