Does this resonate with you?**Then** **join our team as Finance Bid Management Team Leader Brazil****Your Missions and Responsibilities:*** The Finance Bid Management Team Leader will be responsible for coordinating and leading the team and process of commercial bid management (public and private), ensuring compliance with internal and external policies, proposal quality, and efficiency in transitioning projects to execution. Will serve as the central point between internal departments, promoting governance, financial accuracy, and operational excellence. * Coordinate the Bid Management team, ensuring appropriate demand distribution, deadline adherence, and alignment with corporate processes. * Serve as the technical reference for the team, promoting continuous development and standardization of practices. * Facilitate integration with partner departments such as Sales, Legal, Controller, Finance, Compliance, and Supply Chain. * Manage the end-to-end commercial bidding cycle, ensuring alignment with internal milestones (PM010 to PM080\). * Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, internal policies, LOA processes, and corporate guidelines. * Coordinate necessary commercial, legal, and financial reviews for indicative, binding proposals, and tenders. * Represent the Bid Management team before internal and external stakeholders when required. * Support presentations or submissions in tender processes. * Drive continuous improvements in bidding processes and financial governance. **Your Attributes and Skills:*** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related fields. * Prior experience in managing tender and commercial bid processes (public and private). * Experience in coordination, technical leadership, or team management roles is a plus. * Experience with SAP and internal approval processes (LOA) is highly desirable. * Solid knowledge of financial analysis, margin, profitability, and risk assessment. * Understanding of legal, commercial, and contractual processes. * Ability to interpret tender documents, requirements, and tender documentation. * Advanced English proficiency. **Our Global Team:** We are a team of over 73\.000 highly dedicated professionals across more than 70 countries, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in healthcare to help improve people’s lives worldwide.
