In the Acelera Maker Program, the development student’s primary responsibilities include active participation in the technical training process, attending theoretical and practical training sessions focused on software development—especially in COBOL and .NET technologies. The participant will support system development, maintenance, and enhancement, always under the guidance and supervision of experienced professionals. Throughout the program, students are expected to demonstrate commitment to learning, interest in acquiring new knowledge, ability to work collaboratively, and openness to receiving feedback. Participants will also have the opportunity to contribute to the company’s real-world projects, applying the knowledge gained during the training period. We seek candidates with foundational knowledge of programming logic, basic software development concepts, or some academic or practical experience in the technology field—even if introductory. Experience with programming languages, databases, technical courses, ongoing undergraduate studies, or personal projects will be considered advantageous. Upon completion of the program, participants will be better prepared to enter the job market and build a solid career at one of Brazil’s largest technology companies—recognized by GPTW as one of the best places to work. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Be an undergraduate student in Information Technology fields such as Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or related disciplines; * Be enrolled in the third semester or later of an undergraduate program; * Demonstrate interest in software development, with a focus on continuous learning; * Possess basic knowledge of programming logic and fundamental algorithms; * Have initial exposure to or academic contact with programming languages—or willingness to learn; * Basic knowledge of databases and SQL will be considered advantageous; * Familiarity with development environments (IDEs), version control (e.g., Git), and basic computer tools; * Strong teamwork, organizational, communication, and proactive skills; * Extracurricular courses, academic or personal development projects, or entry-level certifications will be considered advantageous—but are not mandatory. **Additional Information** The Acelera Maker Program delivers theoretical and practical training remotely, enabling candidates to develop their skills flexibly while being supported by experienced professionals.
