We believe diversity is essential to strengthening our organization and our people, resulting in better client experiences, continuous innovation, and genuine engagement. **If you are a challenge-driven person determined to make a difference,** **Join our team!** **Key Responsibilities/Activities:** * Guide the team in managing risks and opportunities related to the calculation of direct taxes: Corporate Income Tax (IRPJ) and Social Contribution on Net Profit (CSLL); * Develop people, train, and guide personnel at all levels of the team; * Interact with clients regarding project status and data collection to ensure successful delivery; * Proven experience leading projects involving direct tax calculations, developing tax planning strategies aligned with each client’s global needs, and providing tax advisory services; * Hands-on experience with IRPJ / CSLL, with strong knowledge of other taxes; * Proficiency in calculating Real Profit and the CSLL tax base (Real Profit, Presumed Profit) / Comprehensive understanding of related ancillary obligations. **Required Knowledge:** * Microsoft Office suite; * Intermediate English (preferred). **Academic Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences, Law, Business Administration, or related fields; **Desired Skills and Attitudes:** * Analytical / critical thinking * Organization * Strong interpersonal skills * Commitment * Confidentiality Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education:* Law, Bachelor's Degree * Business Administration, Bachelor's Degree * Accounting Sciences, Bachelor's Degree Languages:* English (Intermediate)
