Collaboration in innovation and evolution of data and AI solutions . **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, develop, train, evaluate, and monitor Machine Learning models using classical approaches, NLP/NLI, and LLMs; * Conduct experiments, proofs of concept (PoCs), and Discovery initiatives to support decision-making and process automation; * Explore and analyze business data, performing diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analyses; * Evaluate, estimate, and track implementation and operational costs of proposed solutions at scale; * Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate project results, insights, and impacts; * Collaborate closely with business and technology teams, aligning expectations and advocating for sound technical practices; * Propose innovations, support technical decisions, and contribute to the continuous evolution of data and AI solutions **Requirements and Qualifications** * Advanced Python, with experience in libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Pydantic, PyTorch, and TensorFlow; * Intermediate to advanced SQL, with experience in relational databases; * Experience with Databricks; * Solid knowledge of Machine Learning, including regression, classification, clustering, and NLP techniques. Desirable: * Experience with ML and GenAI frameworks and APIs, such as HuggingFace, LangChain, Azure OpenAI, DSPy, LangGraph, and Vertex AI; * Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including BERT, ASR, RAG, fine-tuning, and generative models.
